1. Responsible for main customers of SGMW and DFLZM. 2. Define the Account Strategy and Business Plan across BUs and Divisions. 3. Drives the BUs to execute Account strategy and potential business opportunities. 4. Defines vehicle / powertrain cycle plans and volumes. 5. Monitor and communicate competitor activities. 6. Responsible for all cross-BU / Division negotiations (i.e. Mega supplier, Global player, R+D). 7. Represents Conti Automotive in all customer management levels (CRM). 8. Consults the BU's / Division in all customer affairs. 9. Responsible for senior executive customer meetings and fairs & shows. 10. Responsible for all collective items (T&C´s, all cross-BU / Divisional contracts, open book policy etc.). 11. Responsible for proactive de-escalation of critical customer issues. 12. Responsible for the entire quotation process for cross-BU / Divisional quotations.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with strong commercial aspiration, or Business with strong technical aspiration or equivalent. 2. No less than 5 years’ sales experience in automotive industry. 3. Have experience in leading positions in BD / sales or project management or purchasing with direct customer contact is mandatory. 4. Strong communication skills. 5. Experience with working in international cooperation and teams 6. Advanced MS Office skills. 7. Excellent Oral and written English skills.
