职责描述： Establish and maintain the Quality Management Handbook. Interpret and implement specifications for products & processes to determine performance requirements to meet customer expectations. Sustains the production line through implementation of established quality procedures. Analysis and experiments to resolve product and process quality issues. Work on disposition and corrective action of non-conforming. Online supports SQE for material quality issues Coordinate with internal team for root cause analysis. Implements statistical methods to isolate problems and resolve them. Coordinate FMEA, lead Control Plan development and execution together with process development teams. Coordinate internal and external system & process audits. Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production. Lead and recommend for customer and internal corrective & preventive actions. Coordinate the control, calibration, and usage of inspection gauges and equipment Perform process capability studies. To maintain control, cost of quality and quality index reporting and reaction plan. To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry, as Tier 1 or Tier 2 is preferred. Management handbook experiences. Mechanical background process like stamping / welding / milling / painting / assembly Quality improve program management is required. Familiar with CMM measure tools is preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Familiar with IATF16949 and related quality tools. E.g. APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA Analytical problem solving capability, GB or BB certification is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience in the programming of Internet / Intranet web pages (e.g. MICROSOFT (MS) Office, MS Expression Web, MS Visio).
