职位描述:

Role Summary/Purpose :
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for People Leaders and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. You will execute our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will also act as the HR manager of record for a client group.

Essential Responsibilities :
 Provide HR leadership and generalist support for Puyang plant
 Partner with teams to develop & implement strategic HR initiatives to drive HR excellence
 Keep HR policies and processes up to date relative to policies and local law
 Provide guidance and leadership to the business regarding interpretation and compliance
 Lead key HR processes for these groups including staffing, org design, leadership & employee development, compensation planning, Leadership Coaching & Performance Development
 Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information
 Strong focus on identification, selection, on-boarding and retention of world-class talent and keep the strong working relationships with local university/technical school
 Lead key local HR processes for the employee lifecycle
 Lead admin job for the whole plant including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, planting, security management, activities, etc.
 Implement GE HR tools, systems, and processes
 Build up GE and REN culture in the new Plant

Qualifications/Requirements :
 Degree qualified in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other HR-related disciplines.
 Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience, ideally with some manufacturing or service experience.
 Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills
 Fluency in oral/writing English skill
 Six sigma or lean experience is a plus.

 High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm & a pragmatic approach.
