In this role, you have the opportunity to To participate the new business model of Trade in , aiming the big target of Philips’s commit for recycle business and future change of business trend; You are responsible for • To co-work with related stakeholders to set up and continuously optimize the new business process for trade in business in China market with support of global IB team; • Bridge of local sales team and global IB team, for feedback and business insight from local market, for global team to design more competitive programs for trade in business; • Cooperation with local CFC and SSD installation team to have a more effective reverse logistics process and daily management for specific business cases; • Daily management for Trade in funnels sorting and tracking and supporting in process; • Daily management for Trade in price assessment and confirmation and cooperation for finance operation;
You are a part of As the total installed base in China is increasing year by year, and the business trend of medical devices will change from new equipment purchase to old equipment replacement while a large amount of aged IB approaching end of life in coming years, to adopt the new business trend change in future and also the recycle business to protect environment, trade in business shows a new direction and social responsibilities as an international enterprise;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience • BS/MS degree is essential • Accountable, innovative, energetic with good communication and negotiation skill • Proven track record in project management • Good skills in both oral and written English • Good skills in Microsoft office, especially in Excel and PPT; • Quick learners for various operation systems, as SAP / CRM etc.
